Inspired by the work of Russian artist Wassily Kandinsky, the INCOSAI XXIII logo is a modern, fine, balanced, movable mechanism that combines several separate elements varying in shape, size and color into a single harmonious structure. Though seemingly simple, this intricate symbol is designed according to strict mathematical laws.

The geometric elements represent institutions of different nations and continents, and the interwoven lines symbolize communication and cooperation among them.
