Jessica Du
Jessica Du is the Editor and Vice President of the International Journal of Government Auditing, and the International Relations Program Manager at the U.S. GAO. She oversees the editorial direction and management of the INTOSAI Journal and leads communication initiatives for INTOSAI members to enhance dialogue across the global auditing landscape. Jessica supports the U.S. Comptroller General in managing international programs that foster accountability, transparency, and collaboration in the public sector.
Jessica has over a decade of extensive experience in public policy and governance, having worked in nearly every level of government on policy formulation, implementation, and oversight. She previously served as a performance auditor at the U.S. GAO, evaluating the effectiveness of federal agencies and their programs, with a specialization in transportation and infrastructure. She was a research fellow at the United States Department of Homeland Security’s Center for Risk and Economic Analysis of Terrorism Events.
Jessica holds a Master of Public Policy Degree in Public Policy from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in International Development Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
