{"id":25754,"date":"2024-04-15T08:30:00","date_gmt":"2024-04-15T12:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/intosaijournal.org\/?p=25754"},"modified":"2024-04-05T16:20:46","modified_gmt":"2024-04-05T20:20:46","slug":"la-auditoria-regional-paralela-revisa-la-igualdad-de-genero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/intosaijournal.org\/es\/la-auditoria-regional-paralela-revisa-la-igualdad-de-genero\/","title":{"rendered":"La auditor\u00eda regional paralela revisa la igualdad de g\u00e9nero"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Cinco Entidades Fiscalizadoras Superiores (EFS) de Bosnia y Herzegovina, Montenegro y Serbia: la Entidad Fiscalizadora Superior de las Instituciones de Bosnia y Herzegovina, la Entidad Fiscalizadora Superior de las Instituciones de la Federaci\u00f3n de Bosnia y Herzegovina y la Entidad Fiscalizadora Superior del Sector P\u00fablico de la Rep\u00fablica Srpska, la Entidad Fiscalizadora Superior de Montenegro y la Entidad Fiscalizadora Superior de la Rep\u00fablica de Serbia llevaron a cabo una auditor\u00eda regional paralela del rendimiento centrada en la igualdad de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n<p>La Entidad de las Naciones Unidas para la Igualdad de G\u00e9nero y el Empoderamiento de las Mujeres (ONU Mujeres) proporcion\u00f3 apoyo t\u00e9cnico y financiero para la auditor\u00eda paralela a trav\u00e9s del proyecto regional &#8220;Financiaci\u00f3n transformadora para la igualdad de g\u00e9nero: Hacia una gobernanza m\u00e1s transparente, inclusiva y responsable en los Balcanes Occidentales&#8221;, garantizando el m\u00e1ximo nivel posible de independencia de cada EFS.  <\/p>\n\n<p>A principios de 2023, las EFS celebraron un acuerdo para llevar a cabo una auditor\u00eda de gesti\u00f3n paralela basada en la legislaci\u00f3n que rige la organizaci\u00f3n y el funcionamiento de los firmantes del Acuerdo y en los pronunciamientos profesionales de la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional de Entidades Fiscalizadoras Superiores (INTOSAI), con el contenido y la estructura del Acuerdo alineados con la GUID 9000 de INTOSAI. La auditor\u00eda fue llevada a cabo por instituciones individuales de conformidad con el Acuerdo y el plan marco para la realizaci\u00f3n de auditor\u00edas paralelas en el periodo comprendido entre enero y diciembre de 2023. Durante este periodo, los equipos de auditor\u00eda celebraron varias reuniones regionales para debatir las actividades pertinentes llevadas a cabo en cada una de las fases de auditor\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n<p>La fiscalizaci\u00f3n examin\u00f3 la eficacia de medidas y actividades clave para lograr la igualdad de g\u00e9nero en Bosnia y Herzegovina, Montenegro y Serbia, como la elaboraci\u00f3n de presupuestos con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, la prevenci\u00f3n de la violencia contra las mujeres y el fomento de la igualdad en la vida p\u00fablica, pol\u00edtica y recopila los res\u00famenes de los informes de auditor\u00eda individuales publicados por las EFS fue facilitada y lanzada por ONU Mujeres durante la presentaci\u00f3n de los resultados de esta auditor\u00eda de rendimiento paralela regional que tuvo lugar en Sarajevo el 5 de marzo de 2024.<\/p>\n\n<p>La publicaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 disponible <a
