{"id":15503,"date":"2021-07-29T17:53:20","date_gmt":"2021-07-29T21:53:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/intosai.nclud.com\/journal-entry\/sai-myanmar-enhances-staff-proficiency\/"},"modified":"2023-05-07T22:34:47","modified_gmt":"2023-05-08T02:34:47","slug":"sai-myanmar-enhances-staff-proficiency","status":"publish","type":"journal-entry","link":"https:\/\/intosaijournal.org\/de\/journal-entry\/sai-myanmar-enhances-staff-proficiency\/","title":{"rendered":"SAI Myanmar startet Kurse zur Verbesserung der Mitarbeiterkompetenz"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><br>Das Office of the Auditor General of the Union (OAG), Myanmars Oberste Rechnungskontrollbeh\u00f6rde (ORKB), hat vor kurzem zwei interne Kurse durchgef\u00fchrt: einen Auffrischungskurs f\u00fcr Mitarbeiter und einen Kurs zum Ausbau der Sachkompetenzen f\u00fcr leitende Pr\u00fcfer mit 109 bzw. 58 Teilnehmern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ziel der zweimonatigen Kurse, die von f\u00fcnf stellvertretenden Direktoren und einem stellvertretenden Direktor geleitet werden, ist es, das Fachwissen der Teilnehmer in ihren Pr\u00fcfungsbereichen zu verbessern, ihre F\u00fchrungsqualit\u00e4ten zu st\u00e4rken und sie in die Lage zu versetzen, Pr\u00fcfungen gem\u00e4\u00df den Internationalen Normen f\u00fcr Oberste Rechnungskontrollbeh\u00f6rden (ISSAI) wirksamer durchzuf\u00fchren.
